Do you believe that Climate Change is real and caused by mankind?

And we know where that leads. Crimethink. "Offenders" will be silenced, in one way or another.
Never thought I'd actually see this happening.
Gonna get worse and here's another link to making denying human caused global warming a crime. Even worse this is not happening in Canada where they have already made "hate speech", or anything that goes against current politically correct thinking, a criminal act. And here you have California passing a law that calls for the prosecution of global warming skeptics.
The first amendment is now dead in California: New California bill would allow prosecution of climate-change skeptics
From The Washington Times and the “your friendly local California thought police” comes this travesty. A landmark California bill gaining steam would make it illegal to engage in climate-change dis…

I refer to you as male once , you correct me, but I continue to purposely refer to you as male just to make the point that I don't agree that you are now female. I'm making it about me, instead of it being about you. My personal biases should have no part in whether you identify as male or female. Is it hate? I'm not sure. Is it deliberately hurtful and disrespectful? Absolutely!!
But what in the world makes it a criminal act punishable by a jail term? Did I actually hit, punch,or kick and cause bodily damage requiring medical attention? No I did not. I used the grammatically correct pronoun instead of some dimwitted cisgendered term. Or out of long term habit I used one of two pronouns that been in use for centuries. Instead the more than 50 now being advanced.

If it still has a tally-whacker and not a woo woo hole, it is still a male. Oh, by the way, if you were truly making it about you would have used the personal pronoun I in your first sentence.

I am not sure what point you are trying to make other than distract this thread away from Climate Change.
That you are not competent enough to read an article.
A motion is not a law and this motion proposed by a rookie member of Parliament has no chance of becoming a law.
And you prove my point. It has already passed the House of Commons, but you obviously did not read or chose to ignore it. Just as you have chosen to ignore to truth that climate change is not caused by humans. Oh that's right you live in Canada where they are also talking about making the opposition to climate change lie a criminal offense and you are afraid to admit the truth.

Discussions tend to veer.
I had made a claim that Canadians aren't really free to say what they want, and that's why some of them (one of them) constantly posts what others think and publish instead of making arguments. That point was countered, which was countered, and countered again.
copier addict is eloquently proving my point. Since it hurts someone's feelings, it should be illegal. A lack of free speech is what we'd call it down here.

Whether it has passed the house of commons or not, it is still a motion, NOT A LAW. Stop drinking the kool-aid, and stop believing everything you read in those right wing rags you call news.

Hurricane Maria, the second deadly and devastating Category 5 storm of 2017 will hit the Caribbean tonight and likely the US territory of Puerto Rico on Wednesday.
Maria gets its potent energy from the above normal sea temperatures widely considered by the great majority of climate scientists as a result of global warming.
Re: Do you believe that Climate Change is real and caused by mankind?
In yet another post our resident "anything I find is proof of climate change and is caused by mankind" has posted another link that has nothing to do with climate change. It does have something to do with insurance companies paying for covered damages caused by the storms. But then anything that does not fit his narrative is ignored anyway.
this is the link he chose to post and again it has nothing to support his constant refrain global warming/climate change is human caused. In fact the linked story has nothing at all about climate change.
Here's how Harvey and Irma will impact property insurance rates
Depending on the storms, experts say that property insurance rates could spike, and rates are almost certain to climb for federally backed flood insurance.

Oh so actually having a link to a state making denial of global warming is caused by humans a hate crime is a highjack of the thread? Oh wait it fits your agenda exactly so now you can boast about how California is now on board the "deniers need to be fined for expressing views contrary to the global warming is fault of humans"
Oh yeah another link showing denying global warming is hate speech.

I thought the link was fairly obvious in describing that climate change and the heavy $ damages it has already inflicted is likely going to increase the cost of property insurance across the USA in the next 12 months. Even for those people who choose not to believe in climate change, caused by man or not, they will be effected by increased costs.

CLIMATE CHANGE AS HATE SPEECH, DOG WHISTLE, AND PROTECTION RACKET ? The Right Way To Be Green
The source you are quoting is an 18 month old blog post. The content is an individuals opinion. He is not a climate scientist but describes himself as a conservative alternative to liberal environmentalism.
A favorite resort of the foreign residents of Yokohama during the summer months is the island of Enoshima. It is about twenty miles away, and is a noted place of pilgrimage for the Japanese, on account of certain shrines that are reputed to have a sacred character. Doctor Bronson arranged that his party should pay a visit to this island, as it was an interesting spot, and they could have a glimpse of Japanese life in the rural districts, and among the fishermen of the coast. "But as we are in for it," he continued, "we must make the best of the situation, and hope to go through in safety. Many a strong ship lies at the bottom of the sea, where she was sent by just such a storm as we are about to pass through, and many another has barely escaped. I was once on a ship in the China seas, when the captain told the passengers that it would be a miracle if we remained half an hour longer afloat. But hardly had he done speaking when the wind fell, the storm abated, and we were safe. The typhoon is to these waters what the hurricane is to the West Indies; it is liable to blow at any time between April and September, and is often fearfully destructive. OPIUM-PIPE. OPIUM-PIPE. "Surely your ladyship knows Dr. Bruce!" Hetty said with a vivid splash of colour on either cheek "A little time ago I understood that Dr. Bruce----" "I require that everywhere a strict investigation shall take place into the conduct of the soldiers with regard to the life and property of the civilian population. "Where were they buried?" They all pressed forward. "Count out. That's the only fair way," shouted the boys in the center. "Now, there's three loaves o' bread for the Sargint," said Harry, laying them down on a newspaper. "There's three for the Corpril; there's three for me; there's three for you." "'T?un't peas, thick 'un," Vennal would break in uproariously, "it's turnips—each of 'em got a root like my fist." At this moment of perplexity, some medicine, that she had obtained from Edith, occurred to her, and, with a feeling of confidence, and almost of extacy, she took a phial from a shelf in a cupboard where she had placed it, and, pouring out the contents in a large spoon, hesitated an instant ere she administered it. "Let me see," said she; "surely it was a large spoonful Edith told me to give—yet all that was in the phial doesn't fill the spoon. Surely I can't be wrong: no—I remember she said a large spoonful, and we didn't talk of any thing else—so I must be right." But Mary still hesitated, till, hearing a sudden noise in the court-yard, which, she conjectured, was her mistress returned, and as the child was getting worse every moment, she leaned back its head, and, forcing open its mouth, compelled the patient, though with difficulty, to swallow its death. The draught was taken; the rigid muscles relaxed, and for a minute the child lay motionless in her lap; but in an instant after, Mary could scarcely suppress a shriek at the horrid sight that met her gaze. The eyes opened, and glared, and seemed as if starting from the head—the fair face and the red lips, were blue, deepening and deepening, till settling in blackness—the limbs contracted—the mouth opened, and displayed a tongue discoloured and swollen—then came a writhing and heaving of the body, and a low, agonized moan: and, as Mary looked almost frantic at this dreadful sight, Edith's words, when she had given her the phial, "that there was enough there to kill," suddenly occurred to her—and then, too, came, with a dreadful distinctness, the remembrance of the true directions which Edith had given. It was nearly noon the next day, when the under-sheriff entered the room to ask if their opinions were yet unanimous. The galleyman still refused. "That for ye, coward," said Tyler, striking him with the flat side of his bared weapon. Oakley aimed another thrust which was again turned aside, and the smith, now flinging down his sword, seized upon his right hand and wrenched the dagger from its grasp. After a short struggle, Oakley fell heavily on the pavement with the blood streaming from his mouth and nostrils. HoME萝拉泷泽第4部资源
