I wish the U.S. got notifications like this... We've only had to set it up on 2 Sharp's so far, but good to know for IT Admins looking to switch when needed!
I receive an email when new documents are available on the technician-dedicated website (which Sharp has been promising me since 2020).
I read the firmware changelog and format it to make it more readable for the forum.

Sharp also sells machines with garbage fusers and DV pull problems (had a couple BP-C's do it, too) :P
