Hi. Recently I have a Bizhub c364e installed in the office. My boss picked some HID 5427CK Gen1 card readers. I have looked everywhere for the loadable drivers (au205h) or the au205 setup tool with no luck. Where can I find the loadable drivers?
All of those kinds of files (firmware, movie data, pdf data, drivers, ect.) are only found on the "dealer only" sites at Konica Minolta. Your best bet is to contact your local dealer for assistance. If that isn't an option there is a fellow on here that does sell them if you need them. I believe his site is https://www.printerfirmware.co.uk/

What device are you using with the AU-205H for. There are different setting for each card reader. There is what they called Keyboard Wedge mode or CCID but all KM device using AU-205H moving forward specially from the 8series to i series are all using Keyboard Wedge. Provide me what version of firmware you have , the model and I can help you with the loadable driver.

KM C364e FW A5C010YO-F000-G20 M1
I've installed omnikey workbench there I can see that the reader is on CCID mode.

What is the original issue you are trying to resolve? Do you have an error or does it just not read cards at all? You stated you were looking for device drivers and what firmware your copiers were on.

I'm getting "Unable to connect to authentication device. Check connection and turn
main switch OFF and ON" after setting billing mode authentication device 2 to CARD. The card reader does turn on but the printer doesn't recognize it, I tried on a KM C545e FW A5C10Y0-F000-G20-M1 //

So with CCID mode for the card reader, KM stop distributing loadable driver specifically for your model (C554e, C454e,C364e) You actually have to set the card reader to Keyboard Wedge to make it work.
