Ricoh MP C3003 gear problem - already replaced same problem. After 2 months same problem.
how can I solve it?

Interesting, we have several of those machines, never happened before.
Moreover, it's obviously not even worn out.
You said it happened to two units, if I understand correctly, a 2003 and a 3003? That makes it even weirder.
Are the gears original Ricoh? Or on AliBabà?
It makes me think of low-quality materials, or a defective batch of gears.
Two months is a long time; if you'd done something wrong or had a problem with the machine, they wouldn't have lasted that long.
Where did you buy those spare parts?
Check the bearing pressure, replace the white gear and if I remember the gear on the hot roller is black color gear replace it too and cant remember which machine but the gear was reversible on one of those and one side of the gear had a lip you did not want the lip to the outside or gear teeth wouldn't contact properly, one of the things i use to do when i did fuser PMs is to take a stiff brush and clean the gunk out of the gear teeth every time and also don't stick any bearing grease or gunk in them thinking it will make it smoother it will just turn to paste and cause problems
Interesting problem, never happened, we have more than 200 units, between 2011, 2003, 3003... only worn out, black gear never changed one, here even two?!?!.... I would check the reliability of the supplier
Change 1 set gear fusing. 2 white one and pressure gear together. Don't change the only gear that broken, it will happen again.
Or check the fusing gearbox, sometimes, the gear inside already worn out causing the gear to be broken frequently.
